GENERAL QUESTIONS

 Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. contact us   immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

"If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a credit card

US SHIPPING QUESTIONS

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.


RETURNS QUESTIONS

We offer FREE returns on all orders!

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 20 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders for items placed on mvmt.com. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. At the moment, exchanges are not available.

For warranty claims or parts replacement, please contact us at malokomsport@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos to show the damage and for a faster resolution. Only one warranty claim is allowed for each item.

To start your return, please locate your order number. Once you have printed your return label, attach the label to your return package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label

 

Types of Returns and What to Expect

Unwanted - You will be refunded the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
Returned to Sender - You will be refunded the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
Lost in Transit - We will initiate a claim with the carrier, if the item is found/delivered to customer the claim will be closed, If there was insurance on the order and the carrier approves the claim then you will receive a full refund.
Defective - If the warehouse inspects the item and can replicate the defect or visually see it, you will receive a full refund.
Damaged - Damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of the damage (usually photo(s) will be requested) If the claim is approved by the carrier, you will receive a full refund.
Missing Part(s) - In most cases we will get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
Not as Described - If a product arrives not as described, we will review it on a case by case basis and may ask for additional information, if the item is found to actually be "Not as Described" you will receive a full refund.

Shipping Labels - Buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns, although in some cases we may send a return label.
